Coach Katie Guinn leads aspiring fitness. Katie is a certified Metabolic Effect Fat Loss Nutrition Coach and Personal Trainer. She is passionate about helping others achieve their fitness goals and achieve a healthy, sustainable lifestyle. For years she personally struggled with her weight and finally found the answer from the Metabolic Effect program. By following the program’s principles along with a customized meal plan, she lost over 40lbs of fat and completely reshaped her body!
When she’s not helping other achieve their fat loss goals, Katie is a practicing Registered Dental Hygienist. She has a Bachelors degree in Biochemistry from Oklahoma Baptist University and a Bachelors degree in Dental Hygiene from the University of Oklahoma. Katie is passionate about preventive medicine and believes that nutrition is the key to health. As a busy professional woman, she loves the quick and efficient workouts that lead to amazing results. She and her husband reside in Oklahoma City, OK.
